actual VIDEO FOOTAGE of the entire home. It's like having an OPEN HOUSE for your clients 24 hours a day...7 days a week.
Video Footage begins with the outside of the home (front and back), then you are taken through the front door (you see the front door opening). You then begin walking
room to room - focusing on all of the outstanding features of each room. Your tour finishes with a look outside showing "the view" from both the back and the front
of the home.

The DIY Tours, also known as "Do-It-Yourself" Tours, are a cost effective alternative to the Video Tours. The DIY Tours use 15 still pictures in a slideshow format, also
known as a Virtual Tour. These 15 pictures are uploaded to our website by you, or you can schedule our professional photographer to shoot these pictures on your behalf.
